Good customer service skills are increasingly in demand

A difficult environment makes attracting a new customer more challenging than ever. Existing customers will only return if they have been offered impeccable service or rock bottom prices. Continuous investment in training to improve customer service is required to ensure that the valuable shoppers will not hesitate to come in and start to look around for alternatives.

  2. You're right - they are in high demand (and will probably always be!) - I recently blogged on a similar topic, which was how to convince customers you're irreplaceable. It's about standing out!

  3. Good customer service is that one important thing that clients yearn and expect from businesses. For that reason, I think training programs to improve customer service must always be comprehensive, and if need be, improved on for our employees to learn how to handle themselves properly and courteously in front of their customers.
